O’Quinn would be a solid addition for the minimum.

Yes, but both of those teams are expected to pursue max or near max free agents. I can't see Kanter being anywhere near the top of Boston or LAL's list. If they use cap space up the most they could offer is the room exception which is less than the Tax-MLE.

Add Cheick Diallo to the list. He will be hitting unrestricted free agency after the pelicans declined his QO. I’ve always had a soft spot for him for some reason, but check out some of his advanced numbers.

    Career PER of 17.3.

    Per/36
    15.6 PPG
    13.2 RPG
    1.3 BPG
    1.0 SPG

Not a three point shooter but shoots 75% from the line, so maybe it’s just because he hasn’t gotten an opportunity to expand his range?

Good athlete with measurables: 6’9 with a 7’4 wingspan. Only 22 years old. Should be cheap. Fucking, why not?

Why are we even talking tax MLE? We need him and he's worth more than the full MLE.

Actually I think if that were to happen, the MLE is still all we would have....it just would be the full MLE vs the tax MLE

I'm lobbying for Enes to give us the KMart blue light special price for a year with an option

Here’s a question, if we could get love for ML/Hark/Filler would it be worth the gamble? I know his contract sucks and he’s been injured but in a wide open WC next year would it be worth the risk?

I think so. Biggest problem is you are handcuffed if it doesn’t work. Worth the risk to me.

yes....it would be worth it...he'd instantly be the best passer and offensive rebounder ….money on the corner 3......next to Nurk you've got a contender with Love instead of Chief....I'm assuming he's in game shape and not hobbled by some lingering issues...he does have other issues that can be managed with anti depressants...I can forsee Kevin Love coming home to Portland, falling in love with Stotts system and the team and having a career year....I'd welcome him. He would not be the direction I'd go personally because of cost and his age and wear and tear. That might not be a factor....I sure don't want another Festus Ezeli going into this season

Yup, as long as the filler isn’t Simons or Little.

Someone said Enes implied in an interview he's resign if Portland can clear cap to make him a reasonable offer.

This is what I heard and now we just need slick Neil to define "reasoanable" for Enes. We have two expirings that could help clear cap I think
