Could be worked on. Needs better blending. Maybe another layer or two. I don't really like the text. Cropping has minor errors

 

Add more to the BG, and put a better pic effect on Deron...rest is solid.

 

BGF is sweet but you need to add something else to it. Its too plain, also teh text is not that great

 

Looks good - the text looks KCX -ish.
