You must vote for two participants <u>only</u>, and give a well stated statement as to why you think the two are the most deserving to advance. If you give me some crappy reason, then your vote will not be counted. In the end, I will total up the votes, just like I have done with the battles, and the top two vote getters will battle it out. Whoever wins the battle will advance. I will close the voting sometime tomorrow, and then the wild card battle will start. Round 2 will begin approximately on Sunday.
I vote for Air Fresh and Swish. As we know, I voted for A.F. in his battle, so of course he gets my vote for the wild card. I want to vote for Umair, too, but that wouldn't be fair to Swish, who got nice in the first round. Swish had some funny lines, but suffered against Junoon, who had a more complex style.
Swish and Air Fresh as well. Air Fresh and azn_iverson were very evenly matched, and Fresh was just unlucky he didn't get any easier opponent. Same goes for Swish.

Umair15 and Jay_Ray. Especially Umair cause he's my boy and I like his style of rhyming. Okay, jokes apart I would have to say.... Air Fresh and Swish15. Air Fresh because I ended up voting for him in his battle thread anyway when I re-read thier verses (pleaseeeee for next time, I hope we don't have to read 600 word essays...justt cut it to about 10-12 bars of your best lines, it'd be more then enough) and I thought he had a slight edge in the battle. Unfortunetly, I think me and 44 Thrilla ended up being the only ones voting for him. Either way, I feel he should be a wildcard. Next up I would vote for Swish because I felt he had some great lines in almost all of his verses (despite the obligatory mom rhymes lol) and we had quite a matchup and I think him and Air Fresh battling it out for wildcard would be a great battle to read. And...I really think you should use Locke's idea. Wherein, whovever wins the wildcard battle (Rapper X), will be placed as the 8th seed against the consensusly voted #1 seed rapper. We should make it in playoff format basically. If I had to choose I'd put it: 1. Chutney 2. MrJ 3. Smitty 4. azn_iverson 5. Locke 6. Winner of VC/VCWannabe 7. Me 8. Wild Card Winner You should make a vote for the playoff seeds and who everyone thinks should be #1 seed, #2 seed and so on. It doesn't have to be consensus, who ever recieves the most vote to be #1 is the #1 seed, whoever recieves most #2 is number two and so on and so forth.
Do the winners of this battle or post one verse? I think they should battle but just make it short, like for one day.
If it ends up between me and Swish, I don't think we should have to have only one verse each. Cause then whoever goes first is at a disadvantage. Plus tommorow I'm working 3-9, and Sunday 11-7
I was thinking about just having a short battle. Everyone okay with that? The battle will probably just last for a day.

I also think we should implement a limit to how long the verses can be, just for the wild card round because we all know Air Fresh can go on for a long time, and whoever had the longer verse would just win. I'm not saying that Swish15 can't freestyle that long I'm just saying to keep it short for the wild card. ^^^ Great Idea BKS

If I am picked for this then I am going to come out strong. I hate losing more then anything and I sure as hell am not losing twice in a row. EDIT: I'll do either, it's up to Air Fresh.
