pigs arent humanely killed they are brutally slaughteredthis is a biased opinion of all people, when sharks or whales or dolphins or dogs are injured people go all sad but then an hour later they go eat meat on their dinner table and they think that the meat just grows on trees or somethingpigs and chickens have it the worst

Cows, chickens, pigs....but people can't stand the sight of horses, dolphins, whales or dogs/cats being killed.

Here is the difference that nobody has addressed through three pages. Dog fighting is characterized by schadenfreude and sadism, where as killing pigs is quotidian and prefunctory. In simpler terms, people who go to dog fights, or are in any way involved in dog fights, do it because they enjoy seeing cute animals getting hurt, whereas those that kill pigs, which are just as smart as dogs, do it as a way of making a living.

That's another reason why I like them. A minor reason, but still one...

The most friendly wolves realized they could survive if they were appealing to humans, and because of that dogs have made a niche with humans and are protected by us. Farm pigs, on the other hand, would not survive in the wild. Neither would chickens or cows. They've gotten to the point where they'll die young either way, so we might as well make them into spare ribs. But this is all irrelevant to me. To me my objection to dog fighting is that there's so much sadism involved.

    quotidian?

I think the average food animal isn't tortured all that much. We kill them and put them in our trunks, and most of the time when we kill people we put them in our trunks them kill them. That's worse, isn't it?
