A Warriors player finally gets his own action figure! And it's J-Rich doing what he's best known for.

And here's the Kobe Bryant one.

I can't wait for the Ron Artest one to come out.

Here's the Jrich one in a yellow throwback jersey.

Me too, the Kobe one must be limited edition or something.

I am. I've actually been lurking occasionally, just haven't had time lately to follow the team enough to say something meaningful.

I just moved too (and got engaged), so I'm without internet right now, but I should have it in a few days.

Ah, congratulations on your engagement! [IMG] Maybe you can invite us to the wedding! Or maybe not, because we'd just distract the whole thing by getting into an argument over the Warriors. [IMG] ?

That's a pretty fine J-Rich figure. I like that Kobe figure too, I wonder how they got Kobe's permission to use his likeness while also putting in the chain, or maybe that was just a post-purchase addition.

Congratulations, Wtwalker [IMG] Unlike action figure Kobe, it's a different kind of ball and chain, but hopefully one that'll take care of you as much as you'll take care of her. [IMG]

Zhone, better get to work on this -

Bad, bad, bad idea, Walker. A marriage is supposed to be symbolic of everlasting love and a promising future. Now if it's themed after a basketball franchise that hasn't won in 11 seasons straight and has a very real possibility of making it 12 seasons with injury, then 13 or 14 with luxury tax avoidance, well... you get the picture. But, that's just me being pessimistic because realistically, the Warriors have a great chance of doing well this year with everyone under contract and reasonable healthy (75 out of 82 games).

It would be kind of interesting though. Your ushers would wear the yellow throwback jerseys, the Bride's flower girls would wear the blue throwbacks. You can get the GTOe band to play at the reception (although you'd probably want to save your money because they kind of suck).

How about a Warrior girl bachelor party only with the Laker girls wearing Warrior uniforms instead?

I was actually thinking of Warrior girl bride's maids outfits.

Thunder would be the ring bearer, and he'd present it by running down the aisle, jumping on a trampoline and passing it to me as he does a twisting flip over the bride, groom, and minister, landing in the open babtismal pool behind the pulpit.

    Marrige: it's FAN-tastic

Wow, that's pretty creative, Wtwalker. [IMG]

Instead of the "walk down the aisle" and the organ music are you going to have the church go all dark, play rap/techno remixes and show spotlights on the people running down the asile as well as the promo footage on the big jumbo screen overhead? I figure the bridesmaids and the bride can run down the aisle giving high fives to the all the invitees.

Also for the bouqet, the girls can all square up and jump ball tip it. Same with the guys with the garter.

Wow, I'd pay to see that one. It sounds like your marriage will be a great time out!

But the real question is, who are you going to book for the halftime show! [IMG]
