wow i think they finally reliezed that if they give it to LT everytime they will win, jeez it could take a dumbass to figure that one out. Why they didnt make him the center of their offense week 1 and 2 i dont know. But all i know is now is that they just wreaked the Patriots, and they will be a contender and a playoff team this year, superbowl sleepers anyone?

I was real impressed with the Chargers, especially LT. I still don't know about the Super Bowl, but they'll definetly make an impression in the playoffs

As impressive as LT was, I was just as impressed by San Diego's D.

After week 2, I thought Brees job is gone but I guess not. The Chargers D was pretty good against the passing game and running. I guess Rodney Harrison's absense is really hurting them.

If the Chargers trade Brees it would be the worse mistake in the history of the franchise that I can think of. Brees is playing great football. Rivers is way to unproven and they'll probably get a 1st rounder for him anyways.

yea if i were the Chargers i would sign Brees for a long term deal because he doesnt look like hes gonna turn back into the 2003 Brees again. He'll be a franchise QB for a long time, they could definatly trade Rivers for a 1st rounder, but they'll need a team to take on his salary

trading for Rivers wasnt a mistake at all, ya gotta remember the 1st rounder and the 3rd rounder they got this year from the low draft pick Giants, they got Merriman i think he'll be good for a while. Sure its payin off for the Giants now but if Eli was still in SD he still wouldnt be playing and Rivers would be

That trade worked out for both sides and San Diego will still come away with another first round pick for Rivers.

With Drew Brees doing great, why keep a guy with a huge roster # on the roster. As long as SD gets a 1st round pick and maybe a 3rd they would probly do it

No they won't trade Rivers for nothing less than a 1st round pick. 4th overall pick in the draft who has played very good in preseason. Someone will trade there first rounder. Maybe the Lions. I'd think that would be a great fit for him to come in and suceed right away.

Trading for Phillip Rivers would be the first (and only) smart thing Matt Millen did for the Lions if he could make it happen.

Hows that? There is nothing worse than the eagles losing to us in the superbowl..so what can you possibly say? I must say I love to see how bad it stings other fans to have lost to the pats in big games..especially all the classless, low life, spitting on families eagles fans I saw in Jacksonville that took out loans upward of 5 grand they didn't have..now the looks on their faces was PRICELESS..I just only wish I had my camera. Though obviously I met some cool eagles fans as well.
