anyone see ecw yesterday? i was flipping through the channels and i saw ecw on sci-fi, and i was like, what the ****?! im so excited that its going to be on every week. whats every one's thoughts on this? im really excited and i think it is 100xs better than raw or smackdown
ECW is awful. I watched it last week and it is just awful, they have the worst wrestlers ever. No excitement...just a waste of time.
It isn't the same ECW as in the past Vince ruined it. Every week it is the same thing. The exhibitionist comes out starts stripping her boyfriend covers her up, that drunk dude comes out of the stands beats some scrub up and leaves, and RVD defends his title against someone. It sucked that they had to take RVD's title yesterday just because he got caught, along with Sabu, smoking pot.

The amount was small so they just received a fine, but RVD will be suspended for 30 days. This is also the reason Big Show became champion yesterday.

I use to think that ECW sucked when I first seen them a decade ago. But as it came close to the milineum I was like man their wrestling is actually pretty good. They just really sucked at talking. Use to see thongs every week, and Tajiri was the ish. I liked watching him the most, man he needs to come back to that cuz I haven't been able to see him use all of his talent since the WWE took over just about everything.

They used almost everyone wrong. Guys like Tajiri and RVD (until recently) have turned into nothing but complete jokes.
I haven't seen ECW yet, but Kurt Angle is in there and he is the best wrestler of all time...so it's got to be a little bit entertaining. I like Raw because of DX, but they seem to be running out of ideas...Smackdown should just be off the air, that sh*t sucks.
I got out of wrestling once ECW fell off the map. They do suck at their mic work, but back in the day, their action was better than anyone. I remember going to an ECW show in Pittsburgh and having Sabu knock me out of my seat when he dove in the crowd. My shirt was all bloddy from his various cuts. I still have some old ECW VHS's with various peoples greatest matches. The Sandman and Raven simply had some of the greatest matches I've ever seen. What you see out of ECW today is a shell of the specticle it used to be.
You guys still watch wrestling? I stopped watching it whenever my parents told me it was fake.. Now these days when i see it occasionally..it is so funny how you can really tell that they are not really punching or choking one another..Wrestling sucks now. But when I am bored..I just watch it to waste time.

When you see guys backs that are completely covered in scars, and you leave the match with bloodstains on YOUR clothes, you realize there's something real about it. But it's not like that anymore.
