I think Tice is going to end up in Oakland. I can see Randy Moss making a push to Al Davis to bring him in. Remember, Randy Moss had some of his best years when Tice was his coach.

Mike Martz would be the best fit for the Raiders. He could get the offense rolling. But i truly believe that to get to the playoffs they need a discliplened coach like Donnie Henderson or Mike Singletary. Their defense is awful, and to get anywhere in that divison they are gonna have to tremendous improve that D, that one thing Mike Martz cant do

Didn't Moss critcize Tice in Minnesota and hint to the fact that he wasn't the best coach for the team..

I disagree though.. Moss had his best years with Denny Green..

that seattle fan seems very intense...i think that the indictation of Norv Turner leaving was how Al Davis made him play Collins when he wanted Tuisososopo.

I would take martz and say screw the D. Draft all offense and see if you can win 80-50

I can see Tice ending up in New York now that this has opened up.

I agree not only because he won't get one but Tice needs year off.

    Packers are getting Pete Caroll,
    Lions will get Norv Turner
    Chiefs will get Mike Sherman
    Oakland gets an unknown</div>
I'm not sure any of those guys are even said to be going to one of those teams. Carroll won't go to GB. Thompson fired Sherman because he wants to get his own guy.

Turner won't get another job at least for a couple of years..
Chiefs are either going Saunders or Herm Edwards. Sherman will get a job whether it's this year or next year but I don't think his name has been linked to KC.

Who knows with Al Davis?? I think Hasslett will end up there for some reason and Mike Tice won't coach again for at least a year.. I think not only does he want a year off but he needs a year off.</div>
Golly gee wiz (<-- this was edited by VF), I suck ass when it comes to offseason predictions. All of my opinions are based on just people I can picture coaching for.

See everyone, I'm not ignorant. I am very creative and knowledgeable in swearing [IMG]

Hey Porky, Moss's career numbers with Tice at head coach

    2002 Minnesota Vikings 106 Rec 1347 yds 12.7 avg 7 TD's
    2003 Minnesota Vikings 111 Rec 1632 yds 14.7 avg 17 TD's
    2004 Minnesota Vikings 49 Rec 767 yds 15.7 avg 13 TD's (in basically 10 games)

    That's 6.3 Rec/game, 89 yds/game, .88 TD/game under Tice.
    Under Green, Moss averaged 4.8 Rec/Game, 84 yds/game, .82 TD/game

That's what I was getting at when I said Moss had some of his best years under Tice.

Just a little food for thought...

2003 was very solid but other than that he didn't really have a year that made him Randy Moss. With Denny Green he always found a way in the endzone.. Anyways.. Moss isn't the point here... I doubt Tice and Moss get reunited because Moss really called Tice out in Minnesota a year ago.

I dont think Tice is disclpined enough to control this reckless Raiders team. The raiders need a tom coughlin like coach
