... the forums. With so few Steeler fans and Seahawk fans, this site is going to feel like we're in late March, not late January.

Let me say though that there are a lot of records to break and history to be made with this Super Bowl.

No 6th seed has ever won the Super Bowl.

The Seahawks have never been to the Super Bowl.

Ben Roethlisberger has a chance to become the youngest player to ever win a Super Bowl. (He is the second youngest to ever play in one.)

I'm sure there are more than that though.

Well, hopefully this brings in some new members who are Seahawks and Steelers fans. If you are a fan of one of these teams, and are reading this - take a moment to join and participate!

I'm very quiet, but it has more to do with work and home issues popping up than the end of the season. Hopefully, its a short cycle.

Looking forward to a good Superbowl....

Mike Holmgrem has a chance too be the first coach ever to win a Super Bowl with 2 different teams.

Even if the Super Bowl isn't "sexy", at least it would seem that the NFL is not fixed. No one would pick Seattle vs. Pittsburgh as one for the record books....

Well at least not the general public...

Talk to me when he is the youngest to win 3 [IMG].

Eitherway should the steelers win this is going to take the rivalry between the Steelers and Pats to a new level.

Yes and the question will be, "Can the Patriots do enough in the offseason to offset the way the Steelers are playing?"

It really is incredible what the Steelers have done to this point. A month ago these guys weren't even sure they'd be in the post season. Now they're the favorite to win the whole thing.

I have no doubt that the Pats will be better next season. As I see it the SB trophy is on loan for this season, but I fully expect to see it return to it's home here in NE sooner rather than later.

Well I'll be damned...someone understood what I typed. [IMG]

But yeah, Ben is only 8 months older than I am so I think that would be very cool if he got a super bowl ring at that age. I wish I had the kind of talent required for that kind of pay and fame. Oh well, I still like myself.

I don't know off the top of my head, but I had to venture a guess then I would say Tom Brady.

Brady is old compared to Ben so I hope Ben can stay focused and get it done.
