Yeah he did the right thing, although he would've tied the game with his basket, he was being double teamed, and Marshall was open, it was unselfish play, and really Marshall should've hit that 3 being as wide open as he was. You can fault LeBron for that decision, and I wouldnt blame Donyell Marshall either, was just unlucky.
I would love to say we played well and It was a good game but If I did I would be lying badly. Cavs blew a great chance to win with Pistons playing badly. Chauncey having more turnovers than assists won't happen again. If Lebron plays the same kind of game as in passing up shots this series will be very short.
10 points, on a 5-15 shooting I'd say we did a pretty decent job on him if you ask me. Although I will credit him he still managed to be 1 assist shy of a triple double.
That was definitely a thriller to open up a exciting series. Now we just gotta finish business Thursday so we don't have to worry about stealing a game in Cleveland.
This game shows promise for the series for the Cavs, as they showed that they can take the Pistons all the way. It doesn't necessarily look promising for a high paced, high scoring series, but it looks as though the Cavs could go all the way through the Pistons, if they ride their luck.
I think no matter what, this series is gunna show how well LeBron can play against a Championship contender, and great defence. All this hype, He's so great etc..., I have yet to see it, I know being close to a triple double is great, but if you don't win, it means nothing, until, he can win the seris I don't consider him great, I consider him Steve Nash.
Good to see us using J-Max early in game 2, he is playing well too, 7 Points, 4 Rebounds, 2 Blocks in only 7 minutes, I'm liking his hustle, and intensity. Prince is doing a good job gaurding LeBron aswell, held him to 3/7, LeBron was lucky to connect on a couple of the shots he made.

Now Cleveland has a 12 point cushion heading into the 2nd half. We need to secure home court and find away to grind out this game.
Invalid Video Link The controversial LeBron play (was he fouled or not?), and how does Larry Hughes miss that jump shot?
I guess that another Pistons Spurs final will be so boring ... Its time to see other teams win Championships. GO CAVALIERS!!!!!CAVALIERS IN 6
Same outcome as the last game. This time LeBron decided to take the winning shot and missed, Larry Hughes should feel like crap right now letting a 6 footer fall short. Varejo flopped like he always does, I think Doug Collins said it best in that situation you can't rely on the officials to bail you out you just gotta continue to play tough D you're up by 1 point you can't hope for a offensive foul. But the fact that we could just as easily be down 0-2 does not make me excited. We just gotta hope we can come away with a victory in Cleveland.
The Cavs have proven again that they are capable of defeating the Pistons. If they can play this way again, they will put extreme pressure of the Pistons for the return to Detroit. The series could get interesting.

Although It must be said it was a Good win by the Cavs. Cavs just couldn't miss in the 4th when It was close. Bron hit big shots...when a team refuses to miss you have to say too good. Although a Piston win in game 4 and this series is pretty much over. So no reason to get too down. It was just one game. If Cavs however win game 4 then yes this will be a series.

Believe me dropping 2 games in a row is not going to put "extreme pressure" on the Pistons. Take last year for example these 2 teams facing (might I add both teams are better) We win games 1 & 2, then you guys take the next 3. Believe me if there was pressure we would've folded right then and there. Same case happened against NJ in '04. How bout coming from down 1-3 against Orlando in '03? What about trailing 0-2 against the Spurs in 05 and coming back to force game 7? You also could throw in a game against the Heat a game 7 might I add in the '05 conference finals that came down to the wire. Now I'm just messing with ya, but please "extreme pressure?" Just another day at the office...

Also, I tend to favour more dramatic words, just for effect. It might not always be right, but 'extreme' sounds better than 'a bit'. <div class="quote_poster">NTC Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">I got the feeling this series is going to 7 games... although now Larry Hughes is out injured...</div> I sure hope it goes to 7 games, but with the injury to Hughes, we will struggle. Hopefully LeBron can "RISE UP" (excuse that, please) and win it for the Cavs.
