    Darko > 15th Pick

I'm really glad we gave up Kelvin Cato and what turned out to be the 15th pick for Darko and Carlos. They basically gave up on Darko and I feel we robbed the Pistons (although that could change depending on how their pick performs).

He showed what he could do against them in the playoffs and he still has tons of potential. The big knock on him has always been his effort and motivation but I think he showed he cared this year when he was ejected from several games. It's good to see him getting worked up over the game and I like the passion he has shown at times this season.

I think Darko is worth way more than the 15th pick in this draft and I'm so glad we made that trade. It'll be interesting to see who the Pistons acquire and see how he stacks up to Milicic in the next couple of years.

We definitely got the better end of that deal. Unless that 15th pick becomes amazing, but we'll see in the future. I'm really glad we got Darko though. It'll only be a matter of time before he starts showing everyone what he's made of.

I've always liked Darko, even when he played for the pistons. You guys are lucky you snagged him, he should be a great compliment to Howard within the next couple seasons.

We get the better end of the deal ASSUMING he resigns with us. That isn't a given yet.

This is the deepest draft in a long time. Whoever the Pistons draft will be a good player most likely. You can't say wether Darko is better than the pick now, wait a few years.

Jason Maxiell getting court time and minutes + the pick > Darko to me.

I'm sure both teams are satisfied, the Magic got a 7 foot big man that is still only 22 years old and got rid of their pick that had a 97% chance to be a bust with the Magic drafting with it, while the Pistons got cap space(Cato) and the #15 pick while getting rid of the bust cloud hanging over their head with Darko. Magic better resign Darko though or this whole trade sucked.

You can't judge the pick neccessarily because who knows what we would have chosen. You can't go by who the Pistons chose. But I think we got the better end of the trade anyways.
