well if he needs it he should get it done now so he can be ready by the first month of next season.............damn this sucks........
Not a big deal. If it was knee, ankle, foot or back, I'd be more concerned. But shoulder shouldn't be a hindrance.

I know that if you injure a part of your body that part becomes permanently weaker, but to be at 75% of what it was??
