I am excited to become a Celtic,” Garnett said. “It’s wonderful to have the opportunity to play with players the quality of Paul (Pierce) and Ray (Allen). The Celtics have had a proud tradition and now I hope that we can add to the legacy.”

Eventhough I'm not a celtic fan I'm glad to see these 3 great players having an opportunity to win a title.....best of luck to them, except when they play the Rockets........then they can all go to hell.

Anyone know why he is wearing #5? No one else on the roster is wearing #21.

    Is the number retired?

I'm happy for Garnett. At least he's in a better situation now and should just power over everyone in the East.

Is it just me or did Paul Pierce put on a few pounds? At least in the face.

Man pretty soon the Celtics are going to have to go into the 100's if they keep up this pace.

It's funny how Ray Allen being traded there made a huge impact on his decision. It seems like not so long ago his agent was saying he didn't want to play in Boston.
