QUOTE (Master Shake)

Not a great season? We are talking about the once cellar dwelling Raptors, not the Spurs or Suns or Pistons. 47 got the Raptors COY, in the playoffs and they became a noticeable team. Now, 47 wins isn't "amazing" by any means, but it isn't bad especially when it is a 15+ win improvement. So c'mon, the Raptors, I know can win more this year, and hopefully get deeper in to the NBA Playoffs.

I say 50 games, out in the second round.

50 games is fair, second round I kind of agree with. I think that if the Cavs could make it the NBA finals with just 1 amazing player, a team of 1 great player, surrounded by other good players and role players, ALONG with depth, could accomplish much, much more. All we lost was Morris Peterson, who was a great player for us, but was not played mostly at all last season.

Now, with the additions of Jason Kapono, who as we all know, can shoot the 3 & Carlos Delfino, who was not utilized in Detroit, but with Mitchell's coaching plan, will strive in our system because he can play his game. Add Baston and Jamario Moon, who is a very hard worker and adds EVEN more depth to our team. So I'm thinking past second round, but 50 wins is just fine.

    You'd think so.

Ask the Nets. Kidd played great, + a star in VC, a great role player in RJ, and a good bench. We lost.

Yea, but I'm talking about this year. We have better inside then the Nets, and our 3 point shooting is better. We are younger and favorites to win our division. Last year, yes, the Nets out played us, this year, The Raptors should be able to beat the Nest if we face them in the playoffs. Some reasons, again, are our bench is better, we run with the Nets and Bosh is hitting his prime and Bargnani is going to be big, so I see big things for this Raptor club.

I think you were. When I was looking at this site, I saw only like 5 Raptor fans or something. It's weird, but now, no worries.

I'm liking the Raptor fan base already. Everything is going great. I mean, everyone is getting in to the Raptors owning whatever team, it's awesome.

I love the Chris Bosh and Dwight Howard rivalry. I just hope Bosh can continue to challenge Dwight over the years, since Howard's ceiling is so much higher and all...

Bosh's ceiling is so high, that the sky has to look up at it.

It would be awsome for a Raptors - Magic rivalry to start. Bosh Vs Howard.

A Magic-Raptors rivalry has already began brewing. I remember when Dwight came into the league, I hated Emeka Okafor because everyone would say he's better than Dwight. Now, Okafor isn't on the same level as Howard and Bosh has filled Emeka's spot as the player I'm sick of debating against.
