I am going to try to be realistic about this one so I'm going to say Bengals 38, Patriots 20. I guess we'll see here in a little bit.

Wow, this team really confuses me. Seriously, how can they look like they want to die against Denver and then dominate Cincinnati 7 days later? I wish they had played like that against Denver so I wouldn't feel compelled to use my sig.

The Bengals started out on all cylinders. They were moving the ball with ease on our defense on their first 2 drives, but had to settle for FGs both times. Laurence Maroney was the man. He looked like a veteran out there with that stiff arm. Without him the score is probably reversed. Honestly though our defense came up with some huge turnovers late, there were still a lot of mistackling. And how about that hit on Reche Caldwell? I don't think it warrants a fine, but wow that was scary.

Damnit, what the hell happened to my post?

Anyway, yeah that was a crazy hit on Caldwell. Cincy's defense is pretty good though, I don't care what anyone says. They are a good overall team so I am happy with the victory. Maybe the Pats still have a chance at contending after all. I just hope they don't get to the playoffs and have to face Denver again. I'm not marking it down as a no chance loss but luck is definitely not on the Pats' side against Denver.

The final score was definitely not indicative of how close the game really was. Even when we went up 14-6 early I was expecting the Bengals to march right back. The running game is what kept that from happening. Seriously for those who haven't seen it watch what Maroney did on NFL Net's replay. This guy is freaking awesome! The turnovers late just made the score lopsided.

The game had a very similar feel as did the Steeler game last week vs. Cincy. The difference was the turnovers that Coclough & Haynes had inside our 30 yard line. We got after Palmer the same way and shut down Johnson. Willie Parker made their defense look silly.

The Pats managed the game much better than the Steelers did. Kudos to you guys.

    The Bengals are overrated.

Why when the bengals have a bad game against a very good team they automatically are labelled over rated??? I do believe there has only been one undefeated or "perfect" team. They lost a game did anyone expect them to win everyone? We lost to the Patriots a legit playoff team... I mean if we lost to someone as bad as the Steelers then yes maybe we should be labeled overated... We got beat by a good team end of story.

Yet, they beat the Steelers. I wonder what Arsenio Hall would say? ROFL.

Thank God! I'm a fan of the biggest group of underachievers since... well ever it appears.

In the past, I would made a pithy statement or even I've got 2 words 4 ya... but extreme apathy is SOOO much more fun.

I didn't like Palmer's comments after the game either. He dismissed the Pats like they were nothing and their win over the Bengals was a fluke. I guess now I know how you guys felt about me after the losses to Denver, huh? I thought that the Pats beat themselves but Denver is actually better and they have our number. Oh well, there is nothing like eating a little bit of crow now and then.
