1-Peyton Manning 2-Carson Palmer 3-Mike Vick(I hate saying that but he is as dangerous as it gets) 4-Tom Brady 5-Matt Hassleback
you know i think the Texans should do what the Jets did in the last draft, get two offensive linemen with their first two picks. That is definatly their biggest need and it has been for wayy too long. A good oline is the foundation of a good team.

New Orleans shut him down and what did he do? This is a telling stat to me. Vick has a losing record in his career if he is involved in a game where he has to throw the ball 25 or more times. He's not a top 5 QB and until he can throw the ball, he is not a true QB in the NFL. This is a case of the best athlete playing the most important position on the field....sounds like high school and most college programs. There is especially no way that he ranks ahead of Tom Brady. That's a farse.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (TP-33)</div><div class='quotemain'>3-Mike Vick(I hate saying that but he is as dangerous as it gets)</div> HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!....Hes not even the best QB on his own team and you have him ranked in the top-3....thats the stupidest crap I have ever heard!

At one point during last week's MNF, Tirico was upset that Vick only had 27 yds rushing (or something like that late in the 3rd Qtr) when he had 175 total in weeks 1 & 2. Color me old school but his grand total after week 3 was about 160 more than a real QB would have had.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (vikes92)</div><div class='quotemain'>how is peyton not #1 on everybodys list ?</div> He chokes in big games. Therefore my top 5: 1. Tom Brady 2. Peyton Manning 3. Carson Palmer 4. Matt Hasslebeck 5. Drew Brees Basically I agree with Bakes picks and Brees does deserve some credit.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (JustBry07)</div><div class='quotemain'>Basically I agree with Bakes picks and Brees does deserve some credit.</div> Definitely! That can't be easy going to a whole new team & it's as if he's been with that offense for years.
The only reason I hold Brady over Manning is that Manning does choke in the playoffs. However, Brady choked in the playoffs for the first time so if that continues, Manning gets to #1 in my book because of his stats.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (McChicken5)</div><div class='quotemain'>1.Maning 2.Mcnabb 3.Brady 4.Bress 5.Mcnair</div> How are you going to Mcnabb over brady? He get there by having worse #s and less rings and not choking in big games? At least manning has super #s to allow an argument he is better than brady, all Mcnabb has is clips of him getting tired in the super bowl
i put mcnabb there because he is a superb qb, i say this because no matter who he has in the wr core he gets them the ball. If its a big name like T.O a mdeium name like stallworth or a rookie like reggie brown. He will get thme the ball because he is a good qb. He makes plays happen and he takes his team on his shoulders no matter what the circumstances. If hes injured hell be there. If the team is falling apart he will be there. He is a great overall qb and team leader. Yes brady has a ring. But rungs dont mean anything to me.. not just because eagles havent won any but because they dont. Everyone on this forum knows that defenses win superbowls. donovan is a verry good qb and although he has no rings he has stats.
mine are... 1.Peyton (can you say god like) 2.Brady (good game manager, doesnt make many mistakes, three rings to prove it) 3.McNabb (big, good scrambler, hard to take down, strong arm) 4.Hasselbeck (good game manager, can make mistakes, however...that offense suits him perfectly) 5.Vick (danger with the legs, getting better at accuracy, definately a work in progress but good none the less) honorable mentions... Palmer (he WAS my third...until the injury...now he even admits he has to work on his comfortability in the pocket) Bulger (hes got a realllllllly strong and accurate down field arm...he racks up yardage and gets most WRs involved, but it has ALOT to do with his WR corps) young guns starting to look impressive... Alex Smith...where did he come from this season 1 TD and 11 INTs last season...thats a pretty good change David Carr...i told everyone that if you gave this guy some WRs he could be really good...Kubiak is is increasing his responsibilities this year as well... Rex Grossman...health is his best ally...

I don't think he slumps off this season and he's a pro bowl QB as long as he stays healthy.</div> Alright, I forgive anything you have ever said. Dont leave the board. I wouldnt even put grossman top 5 . . . Ok, i would 1. Brady 2. manning 3. Palmer 4. Grossman 5. Whoever is throwing to steve smith </div> I want to repick 1. Mcnabb 2. Grossman 3. Bulger 4. Brady 5. Manning
