someone else mentioned it, i think if the Dolphins played in and out of hurry up offense their offense would have clicked faster, maybe Saban should consider that

Right now, I think Harrington is the right guy to start. Saban was correct in sitting Culpepper until he rehabs more and can improve his speed and ability to avoid the rush. I think Harrington is showing some real potential. I was impressed with the way he stood in the pocket and delievered the ball even when he was about to get hit. Just maybe Saban can help Harrington realize his potential. Then again, I hope Harrington can focus on the Packers when he knows that he's going to be Bear bait in three weeks.

Someone else? Might that have been ME? That's okay, I realize how hard it must be for you to remember my name. [IMG]

I don't think the problem in Miami is game planning and preparation, its execution.

It was going to take some time for Saban to get rid of all of Wanny's screwups. He has done okay for just being about half way into his 2nd regular season.

As for Daunte, its been said that a player isn't all the way back until his 2nd season. Look at Edgerrin James a few years ago and Buffalo holding MacGahee out 2 yrs ago.

I got the impression that Daunte was about 70% mentally and physically. He was able to get by (somewhat) on talent but the fact he didn't feel comfotable and knew it caused even more apprehension when playing.

No im thinking more along the lines of 10-10, The Packers drive down to the 10 for the win, and then turn the ball over. The Dolphins then drive all the back down field to the 20 but are held and forced to kick a field goal, which Mare misses. Ths happens about 3 more times during over time causing the tie lol!

Im so sick of watching the same old crap every week....I think they shackle Harrington early because they dont trust him and then once they are behind, the shackles come off and the whole offense plays like thier hair is on fire....Im still not seeing the things that Ive heard complained about Harrington....he seems more than willing to throw the ball down the field, several times he stood tall in the pocket and delivered a strike despite a free rusher in his face, and his early mistakes havent rattled him.... yesterday on a crucial 3rd and 4, Dwayne Robertson came free on the rush and it was clear that Harrington was going to get wiped but he stood in there and delivered to Welker for a 1st down as Robertson blew him up....there are signs that Harrington can be a fantastic QB, but his head is messed up still....given time to fix him, I think Saban can bring out the good....in 2 weeks, hes made 2 really bad decisions, and hes had 2 other throws that a WR has tipped up that were intercepted....hes playing well enough to win, if he could get some help....

Hey Beef, I am liking the "new look" this year and was wondering where I could pick up one of those bags for the Cubs next season?[IMG]

The cubbies hired Lou P & are going to make a strong push for A-Rod so I'd hold off on the order for now... Being a U of Utah fan, I may need some.

I may need some. Like I said, Being a U of Utah fan this season is trying my patience. They are back to the under achieving & mediocrity they were so good at before Urban Meyer.

The current coach reminds of Wanny only w/ shorter hair, no mustache, & not as bright or creative.
