http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2820270
Cameron all but said (a few months ago) that Ricky is not wanted.
I'd settle for any trade for OL or DL help. My preference being Johnny Jolly (DT) for the Packers. He impressed me greatly when, in College, Texas A & M played Utah both times.
The most feasible is sending RW to the Chargers. M Turner will be gone @ season's end. Why they did not trade him & get something for him is beyond. RW would be a great backup for LT. He would not have to be the focal point of the offense and is from San Diego.
The only hitch is I believe Norv was OC in Miami in RW's 1st yr there and Ricky did not care for him.

I seriously doubt that anyone would give the Dolphins anything for this washed up has been. Might as well try, though. Anything is better than nothing.

If he wasn't a basketcase, Pittsburgh would be a nice spot for him, Tomlin might even still consider him. I'd love to see him and Parker tandem.
Then again if he wasn't a basketcase this wouldn't be an issue.

Ricky is old now. Who will want him? Well maybe the Broncos! Him and Henry can pass it around together.

QUOTE (TheBeef)

Make that a bag of spicy Doritos and a package of napkins(Doritos are messy) and its a deal

Just don't let Ricky in close proximity of the spicy Doritos. He might have the munchies.

QUOTE (Tom33)

Ricky is old now. Who will want him? Well maybe the Broncos! The less carries you have, the longer you can play, provided that you are consistantly staying in good shape. This has to do with accumulated football injuries, which is not easy to avoid when you are getting 30 carries per game for years straight. The guy has had a lot of time off, and may be staying in good physical shape. It also helps that he has experience being a featured back for 16 games, as people will take a chance on him over an unproven younger guy.

I doubt Ricky ever wears another NFL teams jersey.
Time to fade off into the sunset and go talk HS kids about how badly you fucked up.

Im from Miami and it was awesome when Ricky played for us, but when your given so many chances to keep playin and then mess it up, thats pretty much the end of the line, especially when theres younger talent out there, I dont think Ricky gets another shot. Hes good though.
