That's true. Chargers are a more well rounded team, therefore best in the league. The Colts have to rely too much on Manning and the high powered offense, if they are having an off-game which they are entitled to have from time to time, the Colts don't fair well against the better teams in the league.</div>
Actually, it's the exact opposite...The Colts do fair well against the bigger teams this season...They have been slipping up on the mediocre ones...
    Denver
    New England
    New York Giants
    New York Jets?(Questionable)

    To porky:
I think if Peyton is on his A game and everyone on offense is on their A game...There is ABSOLUTELY no stopping Peyton....When he is in a groove and given time their has been very few better in NFL history then Peyton...Unfortunately, the offense isn't always on it's A game with blocking and running and therefore they get in trouble because of the medicore defense BUT if they are on the A game, it's damn near impossible to stop Peyton...

I don't know about that, to me the Patriots, Broncos and Giants are considered "better" teams in the league. In comparison to teams such as the Raiders, Texans, 49'ers, Cardinals etc. I just don't believe that the Colts are better than the Chargers at this point. Manning and the offense can't do it all by themselves, especially when Manning chokes in the playoffs every year, they need their defense to help out and the defense just doesn't measure up.

How have people beaten the Colts this year??? By running the football.... Who's the best running back in the game arguably all time???? Ladainian Tomlinson... The Chargers would pound the ball and control the clock and keep Peyton Manning and Co. on the sidleines. Game over, Chargers win, making them the best team in the AFC which pretty much means the best in the NFL

Chargers get the nod here. They will be able to score at will on the Colts and control the clock. Tomlinson could probably rack up 400 yards rushing on the Colts.

Fred Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew racked up over 300 yards rushing on them last week. Travis Henry looked like a Pro Bowler in both games against the Colts this year.

If/When these two teams meet, it's going to be about turnovers. The only way the Chargers lose to the Colts is if they don't protect the ball.

L.T. on his A game versus the Colts

Manning on his A game versus the Chargers

I'll take L.T. and I'll take the matchup any day.

I have a suggestion. How about the Raiders? Just imagine how good they would be if they knew what an A game was like?
