Possibly keeping AJ over Garcia? Who is making the personnel decisions in the city of Brotherly Love; Andy Reid's boys?

A.J. Feeley signed a 3 year deal. This likely means Garcia is going to leave. It'll be interesting to see where Garcia ends up. I haven't put much thought into it at all. I think it's a "risky" move to sign him as anywhere outside of the West Coast he might struggle. Tampa Bay comes to mind as a good fit though especially if they were to draft Calvin Johnson with the 4th overall pick.

Garcia should go to the Bears for a year and mentor Grossman.

With mcnabbs history of injuries why would they not do whatever it takes to sign Garcia? He's a proven commodity. I wish the Cowboys could afford him. I read somewhere that he may want to go to the Raiders. Go figure.

Perhaps Philly will sign Brad Johnson who has experience w/ the WCO.

It was a fun 2nd half of the season and Garcia did a great job with the team.

Some reasons why the Eagles may not have signed Garcia
    1) they didn't feel they could afford to pay what he would be offered in the free agent market
    2) his presence may cause some division for the team - McNabb vs. Garcia
    3) they feel they have near equal caliber with A.J. Feeley who was willing to sign prior to free agency and is younger.

Grossman is young and Griese is aging.. Griese is where his ass should be on the fucking bench.. When Griese played for grossman Griese looked just as shitty as grossman.. Griese never did shit except for Pre-season.. Grossman will be a much more consistant QB in 07 and Griese will continue to ride the Bench.. as he should

Garcia said he would take a pay cut to stay with the team.

Garcia said that, on TV, but his agent said they would test the free agent market. Just because he says something with the cameras on, doesn't necessarily mean it's true.
