    ^ lol, great trade if you ask me a 6th rounder for someone who didn;t get a fair shake in washington. The heavy contract must be the only downside for the bears, the redskins as usual make horible offseason moves

    they actually restructured it though, to an 8.1 mil over 3 year deal. AA sucks at coverage but Lovie knew how to use him so we'll see how it works.

    Just curious, has anyone ever seen AA's workout video? He's a freak of nature, and his workout is just as crazy.

    Anyway, I think it's great for the Bears. Redskins just sucked another year out of another good player. I've always liked AA, and I think Lovie will revive his career. But hey, I've been wrong before :cool:

    I have heard of Archuleta's work out. Appearantly, its based on speed... doing as much as you can as fast as you can... or something to that effect.

    Certain players are better for certain systems. It would appear that AA is an ideal cover 2 SS like John Lynch was w/ the Bucs.

    I, too, like Archuleta. It was a tragedy those in charge (in St L) thought so highly of the O and not much of the D.

    finally my bears do something good in the offseason. hopefully they stick 2 this gameplan
