Does that seem like the right price? I would think Chitown could get better than just a pick swap. What do ya think?

Going from 31 to 6th overall is essentially like picking up a mid 1st round pick so I'd say the Bears are getting a great deal for a guy that is probably gone after this year.
Good deal for the Bears, great deal for the Redskins. The Redskins are really trying to get their defense better, lol. If they end up adding Briggs, that'll be quite the addition the linebacking core, along with London Fletcher. I can't imagine what the Giants, Cowboys, and Eagles are thinking right now, lol.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (MKIV_Supra)</div><div class='quotemain'>Great move for the Bears! They actually have a chance to get Quinn!</div> Ok first i am not ready to give up on Rex.. He led us to the superbowl his first full season.. Yea it was bumpy.. and in some cases very dominating.. rex has bought himself sometime.. He needs to improve the small thing.. I do not want to see chicago Draft a QB in the first round.. I think the Bears should go offensive line.. the group we have is getting old and we need to start getting replacements
the bears need a another OLB or OL, if we get the sixth pick, there is no linebacker worth dat pick and joe thomas is gonna be gone so im not sure who they would get wit dat pick
I read somewhere that Chocago was getting ready to make a counterproposal to Washington. Further, (GM) Angelo believes it may be impossible for them to resign Briggs.

And an OL late in the first!! I just don't see angelo taking the #6 overall pick!!
