Yeah no kidding. They had a great QB to pick up in BQ and they choose a WR instead. That was pretty crazy.

I feel sorry for Miami fans too but not too sorry. You guys did slap the Pats around last season so if you had a bad draft that is kind of a relief to me. The Pats didn't exactly light the world on fire either but I'm hoping Meriweather will turn out to be a valuable asset.

    Thanks. I think?

Seriously, Miami's 2nd, 3rd & 4th round picks make up for the mistake in the 1st. I got blasted on a phins site for not being a true fan as I criticized the move as only I can. I guess its okay for some to criticize DAunte, Ricky, Jason Allen, & Ronnie Brown.

As for the Pats, Acquiring Moss and Merriweather? 2 questionable characters. It ought to be interesting. Truthfully, its really hard to judge what Bill B & Scott P have done as there were alot of 2nd day picks.

My biggest problem with the Draft was that I don't think the Dolphins got good value with the number 9 overall. I can live with the Dolphins taking another QB if they really think that he's better than Quinn. I just don't like picking Ginn at that spot. If the Dolphins had picked Okoye, then I would be feeling much better. I just hope "Qui-Gon" Ginn can learn some Jedi mind tricks because I heard he isn't physical enough to beat press coverage. Otherwise, we spent a 9 overall on a punt and kick returner.

I couldn't believe this. This was a HORRIBLE pick.

Ginn is maybe a bit better of a prospect than Williamson was a few years ago for the Vikings. Horrible, horrible pick.

Will we see a resurfacing of the brown bag for the Fins Fans?

Ted is not as polished (@ WR) as Santonio Holmes was whom the phins considered last yr. Santonio IMO would have been a reach for Miami last yr.

As if, the pick weren't bad enough Cameron's press conference was a joke.

My only hope is that one the players drafted from Hawaii doesn't fall on Ted.

I think the Jedi mind trick was used on Cameron and Mueller...

"This is not the first round pick you're looking for...?"

This is not the first round pick we're looking for.

    Just draft a punt returner...?

Ted Ginn Jr. That's our guy.

No more Star Wars references or I'm going off like an unremorseful, apathetic Jack Bauer.

Yeah, I'm concerned about Meriweather and Moss too but the Pats have a proven track record of getting rid of problem guys quickly. If they cause problems I hope that streak will continue. I can just see them getting in Belichick's face like T.O. did with Parcells. Belichick would probably kick them in the nuts, lol. He pretty much socked a photographer in the face and the photographer didn't do anything to him so I can imagine what he would do if some arrogant, cocky, mouthy receiver actually did something to him.

Yeah, then we'd see a pudge, middle aged coach get his butt royally kicked by professional athelete with bad attitude. I don't like Randy Moss, but let's keep it real.

Seriously:rolleyes:, After Moss got the tongue lashing of his life, Bill B would; a) have Seymour & Wilfork sit on RM and/or [IMG] have Rodney H meet Randy in a dark alley.

A poll taken a couple years ago had Rodney Harrison listed in the top 3 dirtiest NFL players. RH would just hit Moss with his patented helmet-to-helmet finishing move and it would be curtains for the NFL's most talented quitter.

Thats more like it. Belichick would get his ass kicked. Rodney would lay the smack down though.

Harrison is bad news. Just ask Trent Green!

This brings me to my next question. Who is the physically toughest coach in the NFL right now? IOW, one that could slap a player around and win the fight if he wanted to. I'm thinking Del Rio.
