It looks like Cameron has finally realized that playing Cleo Lemon doesn't improve the Dolphins chances of winning significantly more that playing a rookie. It was the safety that Lemon gave up in the last game that convinced me. If your going to lose a game because your QB is making rookie mistakes, like holding the ball forever in the endzone, then why not let a rookie make them.
I am excited about this upcoming game. I don't expect Beck to be Marino, but I hope he will play well. Regardless, he needs to get his feet wet and the Dolphins need to see what he can do.

I'm sure Cam Cameron is putting John Beck in there now because he feels comfortable thats he's ready. Just because your team is doing awful, that doesn't mean you throw a rookie who isn't ready into the fire. Cam Cameron knows Cleo Lemon sucks and that his team is going nowhere, he wouldn't hold Beck back if he was ready.

This makes the rest of the games much more interesting. I supported the decision to pass on Quinn because I thought Beck was the better QB, so I'm really interested to see him in action. I don't have huge expectations for him this year, but it will be nice to see him get some experience in NFL action.

Yes... a couple of wins would be nice... just as long as it doesn't jeopardize getting the first pick!!
So... now that Ricky is allowed to play, is CC going to let him in??

I think he should, showcase him for other teams that might need some RB help. We probably won't fetch much but anything is better than nothing.

Obvisiously, Im excited about Sunday now....My expectations are low, because I know hes going to make his share of bone head plays, but I think hes smart enough to learn from them and correct them....lets get these growing pains started....

Well, at least your team is showing some fortitude. The Dolphins are doing what the Raiders should have done starting last week, but probably wont.
Beck is pretty good to start with, so I think his skills will translate well to the NFL.
