    The myth in itself is stupid. Pau hasn't played enough in the postseason, or with enough talent, to make that kind of an assumption. I'm glad he had a great first game. He's one of the few Lakers that I like.

    That's one of the things I use to judge how much people actually watch the Nuggets.

    Camby is only a weakside defender. That is how he gets his block numbers. When he shows up, he is also a good rebounder, however, his numbers are slightly inflated because he steals rebounds from teammates. At least once a game you'll hear Melo bitch at him for almost knocking him down.

    - Kobe pretty much sucked for the most part, and Gasol picked up the slack

    -He lead us to victory? Kwame would've had a big game against this Denver defense. We had any shot we wanted at will, I wouldn't say Gasol lead us to victory. Who was crucial down the stretch and kept nailing daggers? Kobe. Gasol set the tone in the first half, but Kwame could've done the same thing with the looks that he was getting. It was a team effort in the first--we had crisp, good passes that gave our guys easy buckets. I don't know what game you were watching, but we wouldn't have gotten "blown out" if Gasol didn't have the kind of game he did.

    -His shot was off, that's all. He and Phil prepared for a double team defense, not Kenyon Martin. Martin' a good defender, his length, size, and strength was giving Kobe problems. Once Kobe solved out and adapted his style of play, he was absolutely on fire.
    </div>

    You and huevon must really get off hugging Kobe's balls night in and night out. Enough is Enough. Don't even try to discredit what Pau did today and say "Kwame could have done the same" No he ****ing couldn't have, because he was getting those same exact looks and either bobbled the pass or missed the layup. Sorry your boy Kwame didn't turn out how you wanted him to.

    Quit the damn Kobe homerism, it's one thing to be a fan, it's another to take it to the level you guys do.

    Oh, and don't even try and reply back to this post, I'm not even gonna look at it, I'm done with those dumb ass arguments back and forth that never end cuz neither party wants to give in.

    I thought you were different Mamba, I expected it from Huevon, not from you to discredit Pau the way you did.

    There's no need to start acting immature again.

    I don't recall the gist of our arguments being pointless. They were quite detailed rebuttals with actual points, you're just too lazy to continue. If you want a civil conversation, I'm all for it; you're the one with the issues. Don't start making up excuses about how I don't respect you or whatever.

    And when did I say Kobe had a great game? Or that Pau sucked? You're the one freaking out like always ill. If anything you're not paying attention to what I've said.

Hopefully he keeps it up for the rest of the series....and who knows, I might actually get to watch a game (the rest better frickin' be late games).</div>

    That would be absolutely amazing, if Pau averaged 36 ppg, 70% FG%, 16 rpg, 8 apg, 3 bpg. I'd say that would be the best averages a player has ever averaged for a series.
    </div>

    It would be amazing if he did that....

    In all seriousness though, you take me far too literal. I fully expect Pau to not do that every game, but if he can consistently produce something close to 20/10, we'll easily win this series.
    </div>
    Yea, that's true.

    Lol the point isn't discrediting Pau, or riding Kobe's jock. I complained about Kobe's game and gave Pau all the love in the world. Fact is, Denver is weak defensively and had absolutely nothing to contain our big men. Odom dropped 17 and 14, his impact was just as big as Pau's. It was a game that the team won, with or without Gasol's contribution. Denver can't stop our offense, plain and simple.

    Stop trying to call out everyone who doesn't agree with you. Kwame Brown could've handled the shit Pau was getting (minus the outside J's and running the lane). Give the whole team some credit, this wasn't a Pau Gasol or Kobe Bryant win, we won because we're simply a better team and they can't stop our offense. They are very weak defensively, and we exposed it.

    Gasol has had a good series. The reason he was winless before was because he played in MEMPHIS. They were always the 8th seed and got owned by San Antonio for the most part. Now that he's with Kobe, he's not the main option and they can't really double team him because of the players around him like Lamar Odom and Kobe.
