I do have to admit, most of the guys on this team don't look like they deserve it. I hope Pau can bulk up a little next year too.

I'd rather have the Celtics win this. They truly deserve it more than the Lakers. The Lakers are acting like they're playing in the backyard. No effort or heart whatsoever. Except for Kobe of course. I feel bad for him. He's been trying very hard all year long. He deserves the trophy just as much as Celtics do. Anyways, congratulations to the Celtics on your win and Celtic fans, enjoy your championship win! </div> I wonder why Anyways, a blowout loss is easier to take than losing by couple points, or losing in Game 7. So whatever. Congrats to the Celtics. If we come back and win this thing, I'll let somebody kick me in the balls

**** why is kobe not aggressive, i really dont get it. try to get to the line and try to get back into the game. The attitude of sum of ur players is really fu cked up. this has to change,
I'm not sure what it is about Rondo, but I feel like he takes more hits like that on the break than anyone else in the league. Anyway, series is over, Celtics win it in six, and convincingly. Lakers are young and they have Kobe, so they'll be in the playoffs regularly for the forseeable future. I didn't see any of the Spurs series, but there is absolutely no way that the team that played these six games would have done anything less than get swept by the Spurs. I don't know what happened on this stage, but I could only assume that the Lakers have been and will be vastly superior.
I don't know I guess it is a tough call between Ray/PP but Pierce isn't playing well today obviously.
Same here but I would rather like to see Garnett win it because both Allen and Pierce left to the locker room with injuries.
But I think they'll look at the series and give it to PP. He's been with the Celtics through think and thin so I can't see him not winning it.

It's really tough, but ultimately it's gotta be PP just because of his history and he hasn't been that bad other then this game, really in my mind.
Jordan would've never let this happen. I mean, maybe we could've excused it the first time when he laid an egg against Detroit in '04. Maybe we could've given him a pass two seasons later, when he surrendered a game 7 in embarrassing fashion. You could've blamed his troubles that year and the next year to his lackluster supporting cast, if you wanted. He had no excuses this year. He couldn't figure out the Celtics defense and they were able to completely neutralize him on balance. I don't remember Jordan ever being unable to figure out an opposing defense over a seven game series. Never. So yeah. Kobe, I watched Michael Jordan. I knew Michael Jordan, he was a friend for many years. Kobe, you're no Michael Jordan. ... That said, I like our chances next year with KB24 and a real center. That girly excuse we have at center right now is embarrassing to watch.
That girly excuse will be your powerforward though. I'm not sure if you can get too optimistic with that.
