I know you guys are sick of the Brady articles, but I thought this one was ok to post. It details the injury. Torn ACL, MCL but no other damage, which is good. 6-9 months of rehab. Rivers' made it back in about 5 months, Brady will be just fine.

A little worse than I had originally thought, but with that soft schedule they still have a shot at the playoffs. I predict 8-9 wins taking into account their opponents (maybe a bit premature, but whatever).

The talent that they have offensively, all they need is a game manager. I still think they make the playoffs, it just got a hell of a lot tougher. I want to see the Jets win the division now, though. I want Favre to completely break that Madden curse.

I don't think the injury is that bad, either. Carson Palmer's was much worse as was Philip Rivers, they're both fine. Brady had no other damage to his knee, which is always a positive. He'll be back perfectly fine next year.

Dr. Michael Kaplan said there is a "95%" chance he will fully recover in 8-9 months.

Its not the Brady stories that we're sick of. Its the talk of how his life as an unrepentant sinner led him to this and indeed it was God or Karma or some other higher power far greater than us on Earth that blew out Brady's knee.

Actually, I found the karma comments to be somewhat amusing because I've been reading BF1's posts long enough to know that it's his schtick and I really didn't take them seriously. Of course, BF1 must have taken Andy Kaufman 101 because he understands that the real punchline isn't the punchline but the reaction to the punchline. So, what I find the most amusing is how a bunch of guys can get their panties in such a huge wad over comments made about someone that they don't even know. BF1 started that thread with A SINGLE WORD and all hell broke loose. That's pretty amazing. On top of that, karma is a concept that most of us don't even believe in. Finally, given what BF1 has written in the past, what did everyone really expect? Really?
