DevinNets34, stop making silly, irrelevant posts.

    Consider this your warning.

The Knicks just traded their two best players to shed salary and are one of the league's younger teams. But they aren't rebuilding?

The Knicks also have many young players who are playing great also. What's your point?

And if you have an MVP candidate and another one playing solid and you are only 2 games in front of a joke of a team, it speaks volumes of how much an impact they have.

As crazy as this sound i have to agree with MR.J . We are not better than most of the teams competing with us.

Take a quick scan through Mr. J's posting history. What a clown. For a Knick's fan he spends such an unusual amount of time posting and commenting on the Nets board.

I'm a clown for being able to watch Nets games and posting my comments about them in an active forum?

And the fact that I'm a Knicks fan, or a fan of any other team for that matter, is highly irrelevant.

How about this: Both teams are bad. They're in rebuilding When fired up both teams can beat top teams and both teams loose to horrible teams.

    That seems very reasonable.

You're a clown for not even being a fan of the team (and most likely relish in their struggles) and decide to follow them as closely as you do and then come on the Nets section of a message board to comment on their struggles and flaws as frequently and often as you do. It's something to take a glimpse at your recent posting history and see that a majority have been made commenting on the Nets. Don't care for the Knicks much, eh?

he's a global mod, he's supposed to read posts in more than the Knicks forum. considering there are a lot more posts made in the Nets forum, he has more to comment on.

These threads are starting to give me a headache. Too much flaming each other and not enough basketball talk.

I rarely go outside the Nets forum much so I am not aware which boards are the most active. But take a glimpse at his posting history. It's practically all Nets. And I don't see any other global mods who are fans of other teams post as frequently as Mr J does here. It seems it goes beyond moderating duties for this guy.

I live in the tri-state area, have access to YES Network, and am a basketball fan. Furthermore, the Nets are in the local newspapers, news stations, and I have several friends who are Nets fans. It's kind of difficult not to follow the team. The Nets forum is also rather active and frankly I enjoy discussing hoops. Do I "relish" in their struggles? Considering that my team plays in the same conference and division, perhaps I do "relish" in their struggles, just like Raptors, Celtics (I guess not too much), and 76ers fans do. Although you might not agree with my perspectives on the team, I support my arguments which dispels the inane notion of me "trolling" on the board. And the Knicks board isn't active, which is why I don't post there as much.

I guess some posters can't handle a little trash talk. It's even funnier when you realize that both fanbases are measuring each other by how much the other one sucks..

I come here to read comments and talk with other Nets fans because I know that when they criticize the team or vent, they ultimately want to see the Nets and its players do better. Now you have a guy like Mr J who comes and posts here almost everyday criticizing the team, even though HE'S NOT A FAN of the team, what do you think he's being motivated by? It's like if I went to another teams board and they were aware I wasn't a fan of the team but yet I constantly comment negatively about their team and players almost everyday. What do you think fans of those teams will think?

Its weird how you guys are saying that the nets are better than Knicks but the nets got their ass handed to them by the knicks this season and 3 times last season
