It must feel fustrating for him missing everything in the clutch. Today he missed 4 freethrows in the last 2 minutes, then in the last minute of play missed two 3 pointers. The boy needs help,.

This kid is an absolute joke in crunchtime, he's the only reason the Cavs lost tonight.

I agree, Donyell Marshall, Damon Jones, (ESPECIALLY ERIC SNOW-who i hate w/ a passion) and all of those other crap players need to help him big time.they did get Flip Murray and Lee Nailon though...Flip Murray will help him alot. since Larry Hughes is out.

While LeBron is arguably a Top 5 player in the game, for some reason he just dies come crunchtime. I know he'll come along one day, that day jsut won't be anytime this year

Yeah he hasn't really preformed well this season in crunch time, a lot of times it was because he was unselfish and passed it to open players. And PN13, donyell marshall does do well in the clutch. I agree with the other people though.

guys he is still young just to let ya know didnt ya see kobe shooting air ballas after air balls, I know he needs help but he needs to stop putting him self on thos postions if he cantt the job done he needs to start giving it to the older players on the team Damon,Donyell,Snow and other or try to creat shots for them instead of making him self look bad. Flip will help out alot and when hughes come back he doesnt need to do that stuff no more

Also they were 3 pointers i believe, not freethrows.Actually he's whole second half was horrible and it didn't get better when he's team needed him. And Lebron will never be a clutch player unless god interceeds.edit: The All-Star game MVP missed his final seven from the line -- and was even booed in the final minutes. After missing a shot from the wing with 5 seconds left, he angrily ripped off his headband, threw it into the crowd and walked off the court .He was also apparenty booed off.

I thought the fans there loved him and he was a player i thought would never get booed. I guess he was kinda asking for it with a preformance like that, but i'm still surprised. Well, here come the critics. They'll start questioning him as a player and then he'll score 40 his next game and everyone will forget it...

I mean missing free throws are bad n stuff but imagine if u were in his shoes like a min left, ur team is down, they need that free throw and the home fans are all standin up for u now I know u would kinda dazzed wouldnt u

I want to make sure before I say anything. But I do agree with you, Marshall and Jones were huge dissappointments this year, they were supposed to bring so much more to our game than they have. They are getting better though.LeBron has missed a lot of key shots. One of them was against the Lakers when he had more than one chance to make the game winner/tie the game. I think LeBron will become a crunch time player however. He really needs to work on his free throws too, this is something that has worried me, what is the point of a three point play if you can't make the free throw?

It's all in the mentality. Lebron doesn't have the mentality of the go to guy and when he decides to shoot it, he misses. This surely would destroy his confidence. And i know he's young but there is another guy as young as him who's set the bench mark for clutchness. It's all in the mentality, not you're age.

LeBron lost them the game? He was the only reason they were in it to begin with.

If he was clutch, he would be easily in my mind the best player in the league. But that one aspect is really holding him back.

Um... he didn't make a single field goal in the 2nd. That isn't exceptble for someone of his status. He didn't lose them the game but he was a major part of it.And it is disturbing especially at how many times his done this. If it happend ocassionally then that would be fine but this is an ongoing case. It's a problem and it's need to be solved immediatley. And the whole 21 issue is a joke, Wade who's one year hit the biggest shot of his life in 2004 playoffs, his rookie season. Carmelo anthony who's about the same age has been the most clutch player in the league this season.Yes, it's not a problem. Let's hope the cavs can blow teams away so he doesn't have to be put into positions like that.

If that is what you are talking about, he was the main reason they were in it yes, but if he isn't going to hit the game winning free throws, or shot, then it doesn't matter that he kept them in the game, he didn't finish the game, they still lost. A loss is a loss, it doesn't matter if it is by one point or twenty. By the way, after LeBron missed both free throws, it was Drew Gooden who got LeBron a second chance for the shot. So if LeBron had hit that shot, Drew Gooden would have been the hero at the end, and in my mind he still was the hero (even though they lost).
