I don't see any problem with these comments, as you have to take it from his view point.

I think one of them will leave and it'll probably be Ward. NY would be crazy to let Jacobs walk. A big bruising back like that with his speed doesn't come along every draft. RB's like Ward are a lot easier to get.

I like Ward, I hope he can get a good career going for himself somewhere outside of NY.

I think that punch of Jacobs and Bradshaw will be more explosive, Ward fights harder and has more muscle then bradshaw. But the speed Bradshaw has is breathtaking when he finds a hole!

I didn't realize Ward was 29 years old.

    He'll be 29 in August.

Ward hasn't had that many carries in his career though, I'd like to have him for the right price obviously. NYG will be fine either way, they've got a nice O-Line.

Yeah his legs don't have the mileage, but 29 is still old for a RB when the season starts.

This is the first year in his career where he finished a season healthy and at 29 thats a big risk to take.

He's been in the league five years and two of them he didn't even get any carries. Finishing an entire season only once on that sample size is not THAT scary. It is something to keep in mind but he should have plenty left in the tank. The Giants are in a great position though, they can afford to cast him aside but he should be useful for some other team.

"He followed the response with a laugh" I'm sure he'll be fine if they both come back, which they probably will since both want to come back.
