'Jacobs Needs Offensive Line'

    Chutney, you know this team better than anybody here. How do you feel about this? I tend to agree with the unnamed executive. Brandon Jacobs doesn't have amazing speed at first burst, he is big and powerful, though. Once he gets going down hill, his speed kicks in. Behind an average or bad line, would Jacobs have the holes to get into gear?

    Oh there's no doubt about it man. And its not even to be successful now. With his tough, physical style of play, Jacobs' career may be extended a couple of seasons because of this O-line.

    Jacobs is the kind of running back that you can totally build an offense around, but you can't be starting from square one if you wanted to bring him in.

    I'd also have to agree with this, He is as one dimensional of a RB as you can have but he puts the opposition in fear. Give him one hole solid hole and he makes what would be a 4 yard run a 7 yard run. Make him shift and then pick a smaller hole and he'll get you 2 after breaking a tackle.
