    I actually got the chance to talk to some of the players, a couple of them were complaning about their minutes, so I just came home and started to look at yesterday stats

    Ryan Anderson-15 min
    Boone-13 min
    najera-8 min

    How can someone gain confidence playing little bit of minutes?

    I assume this means that Anderson, Boone and Najera were the players you talked to?
