Re: Most "Out There" Old school player I want to see who you guys think is the craziest old school player. I have someone but i dont want to post it I want to see what you guys say.
Re: Most "Out There" Old school player Marvin "Bad News" Barnes hands down.He played in the ABA for a while. He was a awesome scorer I remember reading awhile back about his string of 50 point games. However He was one of the wildest characters in NBA history. Here are some of his wildest moments:He once wrote a poem about DR J:There once was a doctor named Erving,Whose slam dunks were especially unnerving,But when Marvin gets movin',And the crowd gets to groovin',For the doctor a hospital bed they'll be reserving. One time he showed up to the game 5 minutes before tipoff wearing his uniform with a full mink coat eating a Big Mac and fries. Didnt effect his game much though he still scored over 40 points.

Re: Most "Out There" Old school player dennis Rodman, Marvin Barnes (i guess, i've actually never heard of him.), and Charles Barkley.
Re: Most "Out There" Old school player Lavor Postell...he was funny...never played much on the Knicks after he was drafted by them 5 years ago...he talked about how he would be a 10 time all-star and be in the HOF...Now he's picking cotton somewhere.

Re: Most "Out There" Old school player Dennis Rodam. There's a reason that Croquet fans even know who he is. I don't care if Marvin Barnes showed up to a game 5 minutes late wearing something pink, Rodman is known for things other than his basketball for a reason
