Corey maggette is one. Rugged dude, he is good at driving into the paint, he has developed a shot and is starting to work onhis defense. He's a top 50 player in the NBA.
^ Maggette hs the potential to even become better but he's WAY too injury prone. Gerald Wallace. You might disagree with me, but look at the stats. He's filling up the stat sheet in every category, you name it: points, rebounds, steals, blocks, FG %. I know All-Stars are supposed to be flashy guys, carrying the scoring load, but he is carrying the load for everything. Michael Redd's another possibility, his game used to be one-dimensional, but I think he has expanded his game more than shooting. Also, dont forget about Mike Bibby. He and Ron Artest are leading Sacramento to the 8th seed after a dismal start to the season.

Jason Richardson i think still has to do a little bit more to be an all-star. Hes a great player, dont get me wrong, one of the top 20-25 but theres still a bit more he needs to do
Carmelo Anthony hands down. He was snubbed big time this season. He lead Denver to an above .500 record with Nene who missed the season,Camby who missed a good chunk, and Martin who missed a few games.Thats all his big men injured and he still had Denver in the 3rd seed in the west.
Carmelo Anthony end of story. He was better than at least half the players on the team! He has led the Nuggets when they where shorthanded and he is one of the most clutch players in the league right now.
Well, I will tell you someone who shouldn't have been on the team. Pau Gasol. He is a poor mans Nowitzki.
As mentioned, Carmelo. He is the most clutch palyer stat-wise, scores, and rebounds the ball. The man is incredible, and has been snubbed every season for an All Star appearance
I am glad people are starting to see Carmelos game and forgive the previous off court issues. :winkglasses:
I never viewd them as too big a deal. I mean 90% of NBA players probably smoke weed, Carmelo is just the only one we accuse of it. Half of NBA players are probably conected to some sort of underground gang thug thing, Carmelo just got caught on a random tape once.
