Very deserving for LeBron James. I heard Dwight Howard finished 2nd, which caught me by surprise. I figure Kobe or Wade would come in 2nd. My top 5 would be ... 1. LeBron James 2. Kobe Bryant 3. Dwayne Wade 4. Dwight Howard 5. Chauncey Billups
Thoroughly well deserved, I've yet to hear a convincing argument against LeBron winning it this year. Call me biased, but this ought to be close to the "most unanimous" vote ever.
I know of one, his stats take a dip against the best teams, slightly more than other stars this year. He should be MVP but struggling a bit more against the top teams doesn't make it the greatest lock.
teams will lose season series from time to time.....Jordan lost series to the rockets repeatedly during some of his MVP years....at the end of the day the MVP will go to a top player on a top team.....
"Kia Motors is proud to announce that LeBron James is the Kia Motors NBA MVP for the 2008-09 season, brought to you by Kia Motors, and here is LeBron James, Kia Motor's NBA MVP, presented by Kia Motors." The presentation speech was horrifying. Also, don't Kia know they suck?
Is Kia korean or japanese?? well it appears that they are doing better than US automakers seeing that they can afford to sponsor MVP which is not a minor award. This probably took a lot of cash. Also kia is, i think, trying to change their image and their latest releases aren't too bad.. hahaha not as bad as the Kia Pride!
Kia is South Korean. I don't know how the company is doing now but they went bankrupt in the 90's before being bought up by Hyundai.
