    i'm sorry, but this shit is stupid....the NBA is god damn ridiculous sometimes....I mean what the hell does an "apology" do for a blown call????

    ^Agreed.

    You have to do better than, "but that’s the way it goes in the NBA sometimes". That was such a crucial game for the Mavs too.

    Can't they replay the final X seconds of the game prior to the start of the next game?

    Don't teams usually notify the officials they intend to foul when they have a foul to give?

    Had Melo missed the shot then Denver would've been screaming bloody murder of not getting a foul called.

    I guess the bottom line is teams can't let the game get to a point where officials can decide the final outcome. Just like boxers are taught not to let the fight go to the scorecards.

    David Stern gives the officials far too much control over the sport without any accountability. It's no wonder we had those cheating scandals.
