    He's still better than Oden.

Is Biedrins even better than Chris Andersen? Would Biedrens get many minutes at all on a non-Don Nelson team? Biedrins shouldn't even be getting minutes on the Warriors if they played Anthony Randolph and Brandan Wright the minutes they deserve. Go away or stop being silly.

Bynum's rapidly wearing out his welcome in LA. The Lakers should trade him for, oh, somebody to play the "big PG" role that Phil loves. I nominate Rip Hamilton. Then the Lakers could outscore anyone, and they stop having to push talented players like Odom or Gasol out of position to make the big pouty baby happy.

Actually, Rip Hamilton on the Lakers would be incredibly good. Although he's getting up there in age.

A Rip trade would be awesome, but that would make LA kinda thin on the frontcourt, and overloaded at guards.

Yeah, Greg Oden, is better than Bynum at D.

Outside of top-tier rebounding and efficient scoring.

I'm not saying that he won't, but right now Biedrins definably is.

I agree. Biedrins is fairly underrated. Great rebounder, efficient scorer (though not at all prolific). He's still very young, too. He's consistently overlooked in discussions of the better young big men.

That said, the main difference between Oden and Biedrins this year was largely playing time. If Oden had played as many minutes as Biedrins, he'd have been at least as valuable. I think he'll surpass Biedrins next season.

None of them can play center. The better question would be how good can Biedrins be if he didn't play under Don Nelson. Name a big man that is a post player that has played as well as Biedrins has under Nelson. List is short if any. Biedrins would do better with a coach that actually used big men that can't shoot.

I'll agree, Biedrins is underrated and he still has some upside at least.

Both these guys were major disappointments compared to all the hype they were receiving in preseason. Let's face it. But I would take Oden over Bynum anyday. Bynum just seems like a lazy, selfish whiner. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if LA looks to move him this offseason, especially with that contract of his.

Rag on Bynums knees if u want but its a fact he is only 3 months and change from tearing a ligament...Ive seen Bynum play brutally awesome defense before. I KNOW he can cause ive seen it...It sucks cause even if his knee is fully recovered HE isnt fully recovered right now...All he needs is an injury free year, just like Oden

Tim Thomas was an excellent player in a contract year, too.
