Suspending David Ortiz 50 games might actually benefit the Redsox.

anybody else concerned that out of the 103 players who tested positive- all three names leaked were minority players. anybody else think it looks like a covert racial lynching of minority players?

MLB might as well release the rest of the names, instead of leaking 1-2 names per couple of months. The good thing for Ortiz and Manny is that A-Rod took the bulk of the media blitz, and Ortiz and Manny have not seen anywhere close to the amount of media scrutiny as A-Rod.

Or maybe its because the game of baseball is dominated by minority players? Maybe because one of the culprit doctors is based out of the DR?

The whole list will eventually be out and I'm willing to bet that the majority of the list are minority players.

ive heard that african american players were diminishing in number. im not a baseball enthusiast be any stretch of the imagination but watching the all star game- i saw a lot of white guys. and the players named have all been latin ball players so maybe it might be an attempt to protect the american game and tarnish the foreigners who have taken over the game in recent years.

I am an equal oppurtunity accuser....I think all MLB players were on roids until proven otherwise....other than being latino players, what else do they have in common? Well....1st, they are among the highest payed players in the game, 2nd, they are among the most famous players, and 3rd, they all play in major media markets...being in a major media market means you have numerous beat writers chasing down every rumor and looking for every angle....try to leak to someone that Paul Bako failed a test and see if anyone cares.....but mention David Wright or Joba Chaimberlain and see if ESPN doesnt run a SC special about it.....

African American players are on the downfall, but the latinos in the game are still strong as ever.
