I heard they won't look for a replacement. The coaching staff will probably be the same, minus Rambis. Not a big deal, just gives guys like Brian Shaw more responsibilities, which is a good thing if he wants to take over in a couple of years. Or a year...

Craig Hodges will move into the steady rotation now.

An old Hodges is better than Vujacic.

Shaw will become the next head coach probably.

Maybe it's time for Kareem to start a more active coaching role. He has wanted to be a coach for a while.

yeah id like to see kareems name upo there as coaching staff, he'd be a great candidate, to replace some of shaw's responsibilities once shaw climbs on up in the coaching ranks. kareem has done a fairly solid job with bynum, and with his knowledge he's a valuable asset to have around some of these young guys on our squad, and even the older guys can still learn a thing or two off kareem.

Ric Fox does Lakers pregame and post game shows. And Divac scouts overseas. lol

Ron Harper would be a good option, if they're looking for someone to fill in. Not sure what his status is though, he's probably an assistant somewhere already.
