I admit it, I'm addicted to soda. It's terrible for me, my teeth, and my overall health. I recently started drinking sparkling water. I dig the peach flavor. It's really cheap too. Anyone else drink this stuff? I find it to be a nice replacement for soda. I've tried many other types of drinks. Sobe, Snapple, and Vitamin water. I've heard all three contain quite a bit of sugar. I'm just curious what you guys think about this stuff. I also make crystal light. Any other suggestions?
Yeah but I have to have a little flavor. That's my issue with regular water. It's great when I'm doing sports or working out, but when I'm sitting around the house, I like something with flavor.
the ones with artificial sweetner are f'n disgusting. i know sparklets had some "fruit infused" waters that they did last year. worst shit ever is the mint flavored water. its like brushing your teeth but drinking the spit.
Make your own sun tea / Glass container in the fridge w/ some tea bags thrown in. Tea is actually good for you, and if you add sugar it will be far less than the amount of sugar that pop has in it.
Well I used to be addicted to soda, growing up I would drink like 3 glasses a day. At my work they sell the major brands in a can for 25 cents, so i drink that for lunch. But otherwise I try to force myself to drink one glass of juice and one of milk, and then the rest water... I'm not sure if that helps
Yeah. I love ice cold tea. The problem is that soda is just so readily available. Everywhere you go, there's soda.
I was drinking about 100 ounces of mountain dew a day. I quit soda the same day I quit smoking, which was a little over a month ago. Now I drink Gatorade/Powerade or water. Next thing I need to give up is coffee.
curls? What does that mean? I'm glad to hear it though - I haven't touched milk since I left home at 16. barfo
The wife started to use Advocare for her Adult ADD, instead of the really messed-up medicines and barbiturates for migraines. She swears by the Spark and has gotten me onto Rehydrate and Post-Workout recovery. I guess they don't advertise or pay people to sponsor (it's a direct-sale org), but Drew Brees and Patrick Kerney come to a bunch of the product tryouts.
