Started off the game pretty poorly but now were finnaly hitting our shots and contesting Indiana's shots....except Troy Murphy's. But man oh man it seems like an high school game at the conseco fieldhouse.
is there anyone u would want on your team from the pacers outside of granger and murphy? those two are your cornerstone pieces but both have had injuries woes.
For the thousandth time, Jim O'Brien sucks and we always torch him no matter what team he is coaching. In related news, Indiana has no business being in this game. Toronto should be up by 25.
who the fuck does tyler hansborough think he is? he's not at unc getting hyped by dick vitale. he tried to start some shit with jose.
hedo cost us the game. i dont know what was more dreadful- hedo's play or triano's insistence on playing him big minutes.
You know that commercial where Hedo is sitting around eating pizza pizza and drinking pepsi, I think that's a very accurate representation of how Hedo practices. So I missed the game but Yahoo boxscores has Bargnani with 17 boards. Is that correct? if it is that is a pretty huge effort by Bargs.
the pacers went small for most of the game and they were able to make it look like a ymca game where both teams ran their arses off and toronto got gassed at the end of the second quarter. from that point onwards- the raps were in retreat mode but they did dominated the first 20 or so minutes of the game. bargnani was the only big on the floor for long stretches and when he played with bosh- bosh was chasing granger around the perimeter because as aforementioned- the pacers went small.
Triano is mostly to blame for forcing our tired starters to play too many minutes. Turk was tired after 20 and he was in there for 38? Give him a rest already.
Also, Danny Granger getting fired up and taking it upon himself to get his team back into the game was a thing of beauty.
