If you can't make it to PGE Park to see the greatest football team in the world, you can can find a stream of every match at the Portland Timbers official website: http://portlandtimbers.com/live/

    Peace!

have you watched any stream? I heard other USL streams online were just garbage. Spending more time buffering than playing.

yeah thats where I catch most the Arsenal matches I can watch. I doubt they will give a crap about the Timbers and USL this year though. Maybe next year for MLS. On that note.. what if Arsenal came to play here! Would you make the trip Ronan!??!

Is it true that all a Blazer fan has to do to get repped on this board is to post outside our forum?

Good point, I'm not sure I've seen any American games on there. I'd probably buy some tickets, but I'm not too far off from Emirates. I wasn't fortunate to catch a game this season though.

We're creating a link to this forum in the Portland board (like the OT, except it will be a redirect) so hopefully we'll see more activity here.

I watched the Rochester match the next day and the archive was excellent. I'm sure watching live is whole different story though :dunno:

That would be cool! The Timbers most active forum isn't always friendly to new fans. I would imagine with MLS there will be a lot more interest in discussing the goings on of the team.

    Thanks!

I tried watching Rochester vs. Miami on opening day and it was garbage live. I might have to try the archives then. There's a guy (Tyler Bellamy - CB) on Rochester who went to the college I'm working at and I'm hoping he'll do well with the Rhinos.

Why do the States have two leagues that are basically the same tier?

Oh thats true. I forget you are not too much further of a flight to UK from where you are lol. Still it would be sweet!! I would totallyl pay to see the Timbers get their asses handed to them, and still have a blast!

not too informed on what happened. But I think it had to do with teams defecting. And a league probably folding. And lawsuits and everything. I'll try to find the link to the article that helped me understand somewhat.

The dynamics of that board are much different than S2 cause so many of the posters there know each other personally, and will all pile on to new posters when their friends take issue with something a noob has said said.

My board name there is O-Z-Mike, btw.

I rarely post on there. I go by MQ404 but have only like 15 posts. I'm trying super hard to find a No Pity Scarf. But the order didnt make it in time for Thursday. I even tried at the Tailgate :sigh:
