Brewers: Time to cut Doug Davis?

    So...it looks like Doug Davis is ready to come back to the Brewers, but do the Brewers want him back? I don't think there's any room in the rotation or the bullpen.

    The Brewers have already taken a $14,000,000 bath on Suckpan earlier this year. Is it time to part ways with Davis as well?

    I don't see a reason to keep him honestly. He's not going to make a difference this season. May as well let the young guys stay in there and get some big league experience.

    Double D gets a stay of execution with Gallardo's DL stint. I guess we'll find out the hard way if he's got any gas left in his old, rusty tank.
