Ever since his debut the WWE has been sucking his cock nonstop. Why in the blue fuck does this guy get to win the RR and main event WM?

I'm actually cool with this win. The guy's been getting hyped since a couple months before his arrival, and in my book, he hasn't really disappointed since then. He's solid in the ring and solid on the mic. Who else would you rather have won anyways? Having CM Punk win makes no sense unless they were going to give Cena the title between now and WrestleMania. Having Ziggler win makes no sense since he just lost earlier in the night. Diesel and Booker T winning would have made no sense since it was their first night back (assuming they both stay for the long term). I guess Kane could have worked...maybe Wade Barrett. And none of the mid-card guys like Daniel Bryan or Kofi had a chance. Triple H would have made sense had he made a comeback...but I think he'll be feuding with Sheamus upon return. Yea...I have absolutely no qualms with him winning, unless you can come up with a compelling argument for someone else.

Oh, other quick thoughts on the Rumble:

I continued to not care about the Diva's division...though it's nice to see someone new at the top of that division I guess.

I'm annoyed that The Miz is still champion...and continues to not be able to manage a legit win. I hate paper champions, but the WWE has been in love with them recently. At least it seems like there could be a Cena vs. Miz feud coming soon based on the end of the Rumble, and that might not be a bad thing.

I was incredibly disappointed that Triple H didn't come back...and leads me to wonder WHEN he'll be coming back, if he ever does. I know I've read on a couple sites that he's only going to come back if he feels like he can do it at 100%...which leads me to wonder if he's fully healthy, or if he's ever going to be fully healthy again. I guess it also doesn't help the cause that he's become a pretty big part of the creative division of WWE, so who knows....but the WWE badly needs him back.

Seeing Booker T and Diesel come back was awesome...now I'm just hoping they come back full time and that this isn't a one-night only thing. I suppose only time will tell with that one, but it wouldn't be a bad thing for the WWE.

Overall...this was a decent PPV. The Rumble itself was entertaining...minus the stretch of dominance by the New Nexus. Edge vs. Ziggler was a solid match, and I liked that Edge ended it with a Killswitch...nice shout out to Christian with that. Orton vs. Miz was bleh...and yea...no one cares about the Diva's title match.

And if Cena, Orton, or Sheamus won we would have been seeing the same old main events that we've been having. Del Rio has staying power as a main event guy. He's not a guy like Ziggler who can put on a good match and then compete again later that night in the Rumble, which is why I think he was picked to face Edge.

As someone else mentioned, WWE needs to start pushing some young guys up the card, or they'll be stuck with Orton, Cena, and Sheamus as the only main event types when Edge, HHH, Kane, and Undertaker finally call it quits. Edge is the young one in that group, but he's 37 and has an extensive injury history. Undertaker and HHH can't have much left in the tank given their injury histories. Kane, on the other hand, seems to have been going on forever without any injuries I can remember off hand, but he's 43 and has interests outside the ring.

Wade or Kane should have won the Rumble.

I could have lived with Wade, but not Kane. The WWE needs to give their younger guys a push, and that's what they did with Del Rio, and I'm completely ok with this.
