From the article here are the list of players the Lakers might be interested in.

    Leon Powe
    Troy Murphy

Either would be good, although Powe is undersized, but if he plays with the energy he did 2yrs ago, I wouldn't mind.

Mike Bibby just got bought out.

He's a good spot up shooter and shot 44% from 3 point land in Atlanta. He's a terrible defender, but at least he shoots a higher clip than Fisher (39.5%) or Blake (38.2%) from 3point distance.

Bibby going to Miami, don't want him, washed up. DFish/Blake are better.

    NO to Murphy.

I'd look at Powe, Rip, and Brewer ONLY.

Why NO to murphy? He can rebound and shoot the 3.

Knicks bought out Azubuike and Brewer. I wouldn't mind either for more depth at the wing position.

Edit: Wizards just waived Al Thornton I wouldn't mind him either.

Azubuike would be nice, we need more 3pt shooting and hard working guys.

I don't think we'd have any PT for brewer unless we decide that we won't have any future with brown.

Yeah I keep forgetting we have Matt Barnes coming back. He'll fill the void at the wing position and keep Luke on the bench.
