Overall, I thought Raw last night was pretty good...minus one segment. That appalling and god fucking awful segment with Cole and King. There was, in my book, no need to bring out Brian Christopher to berate his father on live TV, even if it was fake. That was TNA depths right there.

Otherwise, Raw was fine last night. Sheamus and Daniel Bryan had a good, but predictable match. There was no way that Sheamus was going to lose that match last night, though it does suck that they took the title from Daniel. Oh well, he had a solid 6 month reign that was bound to end at some point here soon.

Another match for WM was announced...Vicki, Dolph and LayCool vs. Trish Stratus, Snookie and John Morrison. I'd personally rather see Ziggler vs. Morrison one on one, but whatever.

Orton also ensured that his match with Punk will be one on one as well, beating Mason Ryan and proceeding to give him the obligatory punt to the head.

The Rock had another really entertaining promo as well and The Miz came out and posed as The Rock to end the show, and then proceeded to beat down Cena again. I'm wondering when Cena is going get his opportunity for revenge and pummel The Miz, because that's gotta be coming here soon.

But yea, Raw was solid. They're really starting to build The Miz up as a guy that can actually beat Cena convincingly, and somewhat taking him out of his "beatable" champ mantra he's been stuck in since winning the title 4 months ago.

    It was a ok show.

I'm still just waiting for The Rock to FINALLY appear on RAW in person instead of via satellite.

He's probably not going to appear until just before WM. And from my understanding, he's also booked to appear at the Raw after WM, too.

Rock's first promo when he came back was such bullshit. Taping a short segment where he reads off a teleprompter every other week is not a return.

Well, he's never really scheduled to appear. He's not working for the WWE as a full-time wrestler. People need to realize that. I think what he meant by saying he's "never, ever going away" on his very first live promo was that he wasn't going to disappear and never show up again for another 7 years. He's still doing filming.

It's sad to say but I think after WM he'll just slowly start to disappear again and maybe show up every 5 months or so on Raw after.
