First of all this is not a paying position. However, one would be allowed to use the work done for us on their portfolio should we be pleased with the final product. The person would be given a high staff position upon approval. I normally dont advertise this way for someone like this. Quite frankly we have several things that some of the owners have discussed that we would like to see happen here. To do that we need the services of someone that knows code, and graphics and is familiar with vB. Credentials need to be impressive because we want to move the forum forward and we feel it will take someone with very good professional skills to do it. I am not getting into what we want done. This is a good idea. Try throwing it up on TAZ. Second, try looking at fenguin.net. Yes a really talented artist who designed entire websites. One of which was a forum that I am greatly attached to. I don't know if he works for free though.

Yes we're still looking. Ideally you can do HTML, CSS, graphics... If you can hack on PHP code, it'd be a huge plus.
