I'm hoping for a sweep, but I can see this series going 6 games.

The only advantage they have is PG. How the hell are they going to contain Pau and Bynum?

I can see a scenario where we go up 2-0, get cocky lose Game 3. We blow them out in Game 4 and take a 3-1 lead, get cocky again and lose Game 5. Then close them out in Game 6. It seems to be how this Laker team has handled themselves all season. Will the lack of focus and execution change now. Who knows?

I still maintain Lakers in 6. Defense didn't show up today and the Hornets took a lead and never looked back. Watching Fisher trying to defend Chris Paul is torture.

I couldn't catch the game. Is the sky really falling? I still think we have a good shot at the title.

The Lakers were complacent on defense and Gasol was not aggressive enough on offense. The Hornets were also making a lot of difficult shots. Chris Paul and Jarrett Jack attacked from the middle of the court hitting floaters and shots from the free throw line elbow. Fisher couldn't stay in front of either guy, and the big men didn't come out far enough to contest those mid range shots.

I think Game 2 we will see a lot of earlier touches in the paint for Gasol and Bynum.

Gasol playing like crap now. This is based solely on stats though seeing as my TV didn't show any of the 2 games, but Bynum did damn well in game 2. I'm guessing Pau's gonna respond tomorrow.

There has to be something going on in Pau's personal life or some kind of injury. There were a few tweets floating around that he was late to one of the practices before game 2, as well. He looks like he wants to cry out there...however, he always looks like that.

It has to be something pretty drastic for him to play like shit. But yeah, he does always look like he wants cry. And just now I get how other teams' fans get annoyed with how he keeps on screaming during every contact play.
