    I think he deserved it. Why do you think he didn't? Just signing the big three free agents in a climate where there were several teams with lots of cap space is a tribute to how players like to play for him.

    The team's record is plenty good enough. The playoffs don't matter for the award, but they look like they may well be in the ECF, at least.

    The city of Miami should be named top GM. It's not like Riley had to convince LBJ and Bosh to endure harsh winter weather and nothing to do.

    DWade, Bosh, and Lebron we're all talking to each other. I doubt Riley had to do jack. If Dwight Howard, Kevin Durant, and Derrick Rose all wanted to play on the same team and decided it was the Warriors, heck it could make Larry Riley look good as Pat Riley.
