Disagreement with what to do with Oden - offer him a long term deal, just the qualifying offer, or nothing at all. Disagreement with what to do with Roy - use a possible amnesty clause? Most likely the Vulacans realized that Cho has a mind of his own and are looking for a puppet instead.
Well the Seahawks sure aren't in a win now mode, so the Blazers are the best bet for him. Only other possibility that makes sense is that they are bringing in someone like Adleman and simply needed to make room.
